1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of CalcStack (calcstack.co.uk), operated by Flavoureak UK Ltd, Company No. 15922329, registered in England and Wales. By accessing or using CalcStack, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Service description
CalcStack provides free and paid calculator tools, generators and utilities designed for use in the United Kingdom. Free tools are available without an account. Premium features require authentication and a one-time or subscription payment.
3. Accounts
Premium access is verified via your Stripe purchase email. You must not share your access or use another person's email without permission.
4. Payments and refunds
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Refund policy: CalcStack provides digital goods and services. Once a premium tool result has been generated and delivered to you, no refund will be issued. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery, contact us within 14 days and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use CalcStack for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access CalcStack at a rate that disrupts the service.
- Reproduce, redistribute or resell CalcStack's premium content without permission.
- Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses or harmful content.
6. Intellectual property
All content, code, designs and branding on CalcStack are the property of Flavoureak UK Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of CalcStack without written permission.
Calculator results and generated documents produced for you are yours to use, but the underlying tools and templates remain our intellectual property.
7. Disclaimers

- CalcStack's calculators are for guidance only. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax or professional advice.
- You should always seek independent professional advice before making decisions based on calculator results.
- Tax rates, thresholds and regulations change. While we strive to keep tools up to date, we cannot guarantee accuracy at all times.
- Some tools use AI-generated content (powered by Amazon Bedrock). AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed before use. All AI-generated documents include a disclaimer watermark.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flavoureak UK Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of CalcStack.
Our total liability for any claim relating to CalcStack shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
9. Availability
We aim to keep CalcStack available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the site. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
